Positive: No breakfast provided. Went out for all meals. It was quite hot outside and in, no ceiling fans, therefore no air circulation, the a/c in the main room did not provide cool air in the front bedroom. The door handle of the main entrance was broken.

Negative: The set up with room in back and rooms in front. The back balcony was very welcomed for morning coffee and evening chats. The noise from the street in front prevented from leaving windows open to allow air circulation.

Summary: Great area to visit family living in Bromont, enjoyed 3 rounds of golf.

Positive: We went to see the eclipse. There was very little traffic. The apartment was very comfortable for the three of us. The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook.

Positive: This was a condo facility so we cooked on our own. There were three of us so each go their own bedroom. The mountain view was superb and had it been warmer weather the pool would have been nice. It was conveniet to the areas that we wanted to visit.

Negative: The roads in the area are not in good shape. Extra signs and hints in English would have been helpful with our limited French. And we would gladly have recycled had we been told there was a bin next to the garbage bin.

Summary: Very nice facility which I would recommend for seniors, but only if first floor condo is available.
